Commercial clients paying for premier support will receive a telephone number they can call to open a support ticket.

Izzup! Social Site Services

All consumer support for Izzup! and izzup.com is provided through support@izzup.com.

Advertiser support is provided through advertising@ultri.com.

Support for businesses consuming Izzup! web services is provided through webservices@ultri.com.

Abuse / Spam

All reports of spamming from any of our supported domains or web sites should be sent to abuse@ultri.com.

Network / Web Server / Database Server

Network or server related issues should be reported to support@ultri.com.

Email Server / Mailbox / Mail List

Contact postmaster@ultri.com for any email related issues that are not spam related.
